Inaugural Macau Linshui Palace Folk Culture Festival

Linshui Palace (2nd & 11th Fl., Edif. Industrial Nam Fung, Avenida de Venceslau de Morais; 10:00am to 6:00pm daily) - now open to the public for free - venerates Madame Linshui, originally known as Chen Jinggu, a seer born in the Tang Dynasty who is widely respected as the ‘goddess protector of women and children’. Learn more about the Taoist belief of ‘merciful repentance’ by observing the Inaugural Macau Linshui Palace Folk Culture Festival ceremony (9:30am to 12:00 noon on 25/7) and enjoy the parade the following morning (9:30am to 10:30am on 26/7).
