This month Macao is the centre of the culinary world thanks to the three-day, International Gastronomy Forum, Macao 2019. Experts, chefs and other culinary professionals from either the 21 UNESCO Creative Cities of Gastronomy or other related sectors are taking part. The event includes a Cooking Show for all the foodies out there. A highlight of the Forum is a culinary demonstration with tasting linked to Macao’s role as a one of the UNESCO Creative Cities of Gastronomy. The Forum also features promotional stands for the respective Creative Cities of Gastronomy, as well as stalls with local food offerings and games.
