According to tradition, the Feast of the God Tou Tei - literally "God of the Earth" - falls on the second day of the second moon of the lunar calendar (Mar 18th this year). Celebrations will be held at several temples around the city. The biggest celebration is held at the Tou Tei Temple in Patane: festivities include three nights of Chinese opera and a traditional Lion Dance on the morning of Mar 18th.
