The Macao Chinese Orchestra joins forces with renowned guest conductor Kuan Nai Chung for this concert, celebrating the city’s East-meets-West cultural traditions. The programme includes a rendering of the “Macao Junction” suite, with arrangements by Kuan Nai Chung. It also features two classics made popular by late Taiwanese singer Teresa Teng – “Only You in My Heart” and “Thousands of Words” – and the pieces “Fantasy for Macao” and “Six Portuguese Dances”, the latter also with arrangements by Kuan Nai Chung.
