This creative performance from Slovenia’s Ljubljana Puppet Theatre is aimed at children between one and four years old. Its bright, colourful setting immerses them in a sensory experience. The 50-minute show revisits “The Princess and the Pea”, one of the most popular tales by Danish author Hans Christian Andersen. The Ljubljana Puppet Theatre was founded in 1948 and has since become Slovenia’s premier institution for promotion of the country’s long tradition in puppetry. The company has staged numerous internationally-acclaimed productions. It also organises international puppetry festivals.
